Kate Hammond - Partner and Joint Head of the Family Department

Admitted 2002 - Kate specialises in all aspects of the law relating to children in particular public law care proceedings in which she acts for children or their parents and private law children act proceedings (such as residence or contact matters) in which she often acts for the children.

She is a member of Resolution and the Association of Lawyers for children and is recognised as a specialist in child care law through her membership of the Law Society’s Children Panel under which she is accredited to act for both parents and children.
