Admitted 2009 - Tracy graduated from the University of Kent where she obtained an Honours Degree in Law and then completed the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law. Tracy commenced her training contract with Miles & Partners in July 2007 and qualified in July 2009. Tracy has spent her time at Miles & Partners working mainly within the Family and Mental Health departments and has obtained experience in many areas of Family law, including Domestic Violence, Care Proceedings, Private Law Children’s Matters and Child Abduction. Whilst working in the Mental Health team Tracy has obtained experience in Best Interest cases and Adult Protection. Tracy’s experience in Mental Health law has influenced her Family work and she predominantly works on Family cases where the parents either have Capacity issues or Mental Health problems.
