Admitted as a Solicitor in 2003 Zoë Fleetwood specialises in Family Law and general litigation. Her practice covers the whole range of family matters for both married and unmarried couples. She resolves property and financial disputes upon relationship breakdown both through the court process and by negotiation. She recognises that relationship breakdown is a stressful time for those involved and uses her energy to resolves matters swiftly and amicably where possible. Her caseload includes divorce, medium to high net worth matrimonial disputes, Schedule 1 Children Act claims, contact, custody and residence disputes (on behalf of parents, grandparents and step-parents and other parties), applications for disclosure of the whereabouts of a child, prohibited steps orders, Trust of Land Act applications, adoption, wardship, domestic violence, freezing order applications, transfer of tenancy and Inheritance Act claims. She also prepares consent orders, pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, trust deeds, separation agreements, legal charges, and other legal documents. Zoë is a member of Resolution, the Law Society’s Children Panel and the Association of Lawyers for Children. Membership of Resolution commits family lawyers to resolving disputes in a non-confrontational and constructive way and Resolution members adhere to a code of practice.
